Holy Week Coming Up!

Man can’t wait for the holy week! I need a break. I love working with babies but sometimes they could really get on my nerves lol! Imagine 10 babies crying all at the same time waahhhhh I want to cry too! It’s like crying is very contagious. Once one baby cry, expect that the others would start crying too. However, I’d rather work with babies than the two or three year old kids. Those kids talk back to their teachers… not good!

Absent

Hello everyone! Hope you are having a good day today. As for me, I called off work again coz I'm terribly sick. The babies in the daycare are giving me all their viruses hu..hu..hu.. Can't blame them. What do they know... All they do is sneeze, cough, and sometimes slab on my face.. waaaahhhhhh! But still love 'em :)

10th Year

I can’t believe that through ups and downs, my husband and I made it to our 10th year anniversary. Wew! It wasn’t easy I must say, but hey, we survived (lol) and hopefully will survive another 10 years ehehehehe

To my hubby, whom unfortunately, never get the chance to read my blog (that’s why I have a nice card for you :p), but still, I wanted to let you know that I love you much, NO MATTER WHAT! (Sorry honey, not in the mood today for some fancy, flowery words ehehehe) I know you get the message :)

Good Morning America

Hi everyone! G’morning! I know it’s going to be a very long day for me at work. I’m not feeling so good. Hate this feeling. My back hurts, I have stomach cramps, headache, you name it I am probably feeling it right now. Thank goodness, it’s Friday. Still, it’s going to be a looonngggg day! See you all later. How In The World!?!

How in the world did I forget to greet you all on heart's day? Wew! It must be the age huh? lol Oh! I was busy whining about my "5-day vacation". lol! Anyway, it's better late than never... Hope everyone had a wonderful time with all your loved ones.

5-Day Vacation

Waaahhhh!!! My 5-day vacation is over!!!

Technically, it’s not really a vacation. It’s more of an absent at work for five days. Yes, since Feb. 10 (Wednesday) I called off from work already. The snowstorm was bad so hubby decided that I stay home. I even walked my son to school that day (had to coz they had an important activity that I don’t want him to miss). Anyways, the next day I decided that I’d take the rest of the week off and called work coz my son had pink eye. It was good to take a few days off but it’s bittersweet coz I am not paid for those days. So, back to work tomorrow to earn some moolah! :)

Yay! New Baby!

Goodness gracious! Found out tonight that my friend’s sister just gave birth to a bouncing baby boy! Yay!!! They named him Alexander Rey. Can’t wait to see him. Tomorrow we will be visiting him and the new mom at the hospital. Wow! Another miracle on earth! :) I bet he is a cutie. He is half Filipino, half Latino :)

Got A Job!

Wew! Finally! I’m done with every requirements that the daycare needs. My X-ray is clear, physical exam is great! Paperwork submitted and I just had a meeting with the director and we went through the rules and guidelines of the daycare, etc. The best part is, I get to start on October 26. Yay! Can’t wait.

Positive

Oh no! My physical exam was okay, but my tb skin test is positive! Darn it! The doctor said that, that doesn’t mean I have an active tuberculosis. It’s just that most people born outside the United States, like Asians, may have had a vaccine called BCG, which can have a test result to a false-positive. She just asked me to have a chest X-ray. If that’s clear, then I’m good. I know I’m okay, but it still bothers me. Off to have an X-ray then. Later!

Hired?

Well, well, well! I’m seeing a little light at the end of this tiny little tunnel J After I’ve met with the director the other day she asked me to get biometrics (needed to be fingerprinted as one of their requirements) and get my physical exam. She said, “You need to hurry up and be fingerprinted today coz they are only open every Fridays”. I guess I’m hired huh? J Yippeee!!! Unless something comes up with my biometrics lol She even asked me if there’s some people looking for me (e.g. police, fbi, etc) I told her no one is looking for me except for my mother whom I have not called in a very long time and she laughed lol. So, I was fingerprinted the other day. Will be waiting for the result and she will call me again.
