As I have mentioned in some of my previous posts, my sister visited us from Egypt and stayed here for over two weeks. During her stay, she did most of the cooking and cooked a lot of Filipino dishes for me. She is a very good cook I must say that is why I felt like I gained over 20 lbs. already. Anyway, one of my favorites is her version of Chopsuey and grilled pork. It was very good as it is, but she encouraged me to put a little dash of TABASCO® Original Red and I cannot believe that it enhanced the flavor even more! I have used TABASCO® Original Red to my chicken wings and pizza before but never on Chopsuey. It sure was good! Now, I use TABASCO® Original Red on my potato chips as well. Yum! :)
Since Super Bowl is coming up, I will make sure that I have a bottle of TABASCO® Original Red to use for my baked chicken wings and perhaps some pizza and potato chips or for a change, I might check out some of the Game-Day Party Menu or a Pizza Perfected menu at tabasco.com.
