I Like, I Like

I am not sure if I posted in this blog how I liked the game Chocolatier (I think I posted it way, way back on my other blog). Since I liked it, I decided to buy the full version of Chocolatier 2. My new fave game, Ranch Rush is still the best for me though :) I finished the game already but still playing it to try to earn at least $500,000 per week.. so far I'm earning $46,000. I wish it's for real ehehehehe

Advanced Hair Color Collection DVD

I have been feeling a little sick for a few days now and I still am not done with Christmas shopping, as I don’t feel like going out due to the bad weather here in our area. I do not want my cold to get worst. The only person that I haven’t had any idea on what to buy is my friend Cheryl. I feel like she has everything already so I am having a hard time thinking on what to give to her. However, I did remember her say that she wants to go to a hair salon to have her hair colored. With that, I remembered about the Advanced Hair Color Collection DVD from She would be able to learn different techniques in hair coloring. I am not sure if she is into hair highlights, but she will be able to learn several techniques from the DVD as well. That would save her some money because she can color her own hair whenever she feels like she needed to. She can do it maybe as often as she wants as I am sure the DVD has many great hair color ideas that she would like to probably try on herself.

The only thing I need to do right now is to get online and order the DVD. I still have time because we will be seeing each other maybe New Year or a day after New Year’s. Problem solved!

By the way, if you want to learn more about this Advanced Hair Color Collection DVD, check this out:

Winter Wonderfest (Navy Pier - Chicago)

These photos are taken a few days ago. It's Navy Pier's Winter Wonderfest. Nice place for the kids, however, my son was not with me because his daddy didn't want me to take him cause of the bad weather then. :( We will probably take him sometime before the fest is over.

Diamond Heart Jewelry

I’ve been seeing Ross-Simons Jewelry from one of my favorite home shopping networks and I’ve always admired them. They are all intricately beautiful. I did not know though that they have a website of their own. I only found out about it today from a friend. Of course, I visited their website and it wowed me cause they have a huge collection of jewelries! But the thing that caught my eye exactly is this - White gold diamond heart jewelry (picture shown below). It would be nice if I would get diamond jewelry like this as gift for Christmas (hubby should read this *wink*).

14k White Gold Open Pave Diamond Heart Pendant

Anyway, Ross-Simons' jewelry has been around for almost 50 years. Their customers’ satisfaction is their priority. They only offer certified diamonds at the best prices you can ever find, backed with a 30-day money back guarantee. Their jewelry specialists are available anytime if you have questions or needing help in shopping for jewelries. Their website is 100% secure so you do not have to worry about anything when you would like to shop for timeless pieces for either your moms, wives, moms-in-law or girlfriends or husbands, boyfriends as they have men’s jewelries too. I think this is a great time for you to do that as they are offering 30% off, plus free shipping. Check it out, I found some great pieces that are priced for less than a $100.00.

Winter sure started doing it's thing already. Hubby has been complaining as how icy the roads are lately. It hasn't snowed here as much but it's pretty cold. I like it when it snowing though, but that would sure keep me and my son in the house for a while. I don't want him to get sick. I heard that we are going to have a storm this coming Thursday and Friday. I hope it is not going to be as bad as they say on the news. Be safe people.

Another Good One From Dragon

Here is another great offer from Nuance, the sponsor of Dragon Naturally Speaking software. They are offering a 25% Discount coupon code. But before I give you the said code, please take some time to watch the video below that was created by one of our fellow bloggers who is very enthusiast about Dragon Naturally Speaking.

Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 Basic with Discount Coupon Code

Press Release:

This is an excerpt from a white paper discussing how bloggers can earn more money through several different monetization and freelance writing services. It shows that bloggers that utilize Dragon Naturally Speaking can earn more money through these various services and how fast these extra earnings will pay for the software itself.
Dragon Naturally Speaking 10 Blogger Break Even Analysis with Average PayPerPost Earnings

Basically, Dragon NaturallySpeaking can help you type so much faster, that you can earn a lot more money per hour.
In this article I'm going to walk you through another scenario focusing on how much extra you could earn if you wrote for and you had a single average blog. Now at, the amount of money that you earn for your writing is not paid on a per word basis. offers up opportunities, they call them opportunities, but you can also think of them as piecework or a job, and these "opportunities" typically have a minimum word count. The minimum word count is typically 200 words for your average article. In general the average article at PayPerPost on a high earning blog pays about $8.3. Sometimes they pay a little less, and sometimes they pay a little bit more, and a few go to extremes on the positive side.
Now if you are paid $8.3 to write a 200 word article, then that breaks down to about 4.2 cents per word. That is about 6 times more than what you can make at I mentioned that only for comparison purposes, because limits you to writing three articles per blog per day.
That means that you cannot write at PayPerPost all day long for your single blog. (If you have additional blogs, you might be able to write additional articles on those other blogs.)
Tip! – You can write your three articles at PayPerPost, write some additional articles without any sponsors in between those articles (as is required), and then write some articles at PayU2Blog, and when the work is exhausted there, you can write some articles at! The trick is working for the company that pays you the most first, then moving on to the next highest margin provider, over and over again.
You will see in the case studies with Adsense that writing MORE articles is actually good for building traffic to your blog!
But if we assume, just to have a comparison to our example, if we assume that you could type articles at PayPerPost for fifty minutes straight, earning 4.2 cents per word, and you could type 35 words per minute, you could earn $72.88 dollars per hour at PayPerPost. Now obviously, you cannot take 9 articles on a single blog in a single day, but this does point to the rate at which you can earn things with the work that is available. That $72.88 would be the earnings you could make from about 8.8 Opportunities at $8.3 per Opportunity.
So bear with me again with this example. :-)
So what can faster typing skills do to help you earn more money at PayPerPost?
Well if you could type at 150 words per minute with Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and you currently type at 35 words per minute, then you could earn about $239 per hour more! (Dragon only costs between $99 and $199 remember!)
Reminder - This would assume that you could type articles nonstop at a hundred and fifty words per minute for fifty minutes. For most of us, that doesn't mean a whole lot.
But to put this in better perspective, if you earned $72.88 from writing about nine articles, and those articles were each 200 words long, then you would have written a total of 1800 words.
• 1800 words can be typed and 50 minutes at 35 words per minute
• 1800 words can be typed in 12 minutes at 150 words per minute
Dragon NaturallySpeaking can essentially save you 38 minutes when you write nine articles.
Now with those additional thirty-eight minutes, you can spend more time:
• promoting your blog,
• networking with people,
• researching other projects,
• taking on other work from other networks
• build up a new blog to command $8.3 per article!
• Go write some articles for PayU2Blog
• Go write some articles for TextBroker
• Go write some articles to bring in more traffic and earn more money through Adsense!
You can pocket your $72.88 from twelve minutes worth of work. You can then spend the rest of that hour, working to ensure that the blog you publish those on performs very well. But the point is this, Dragon NaturallySpeaking can save you so much time, that it will pay for itself very quickly.
Your average part-time blogger will easily pay for Dragon NaturallySpeaking with the additional profits that they would earn from using Dragon NaturallySpeaking in less than 1 hour worth of blogging through PayPerPost alone. :-)
Plus just think of all of the time, that you would now have to make yourself and your site even more successful!

Here it is folks!

Fun and Funny

As I have mentioned in my earlier post that I have a new WAH gig :) It's easy, challenging at times, fun and sometimes funny. I do transcription. I transcribe audio into data files. I am not sure if I am allowed to divulge any information about their company so I am not gonna do it. :)

Some audio are really fun to do because of the content (sometimes funny :D) and also I have already encountered different accents, which are very challenging at times. There are also instances that I can't understand a word of what they are saying cause either they speak so fast or they just woke up and are slurring their words. I am still trying to get use to it. Other than that, it is a pretty easy gig. Hopefully I will surpass this probationary period.

I am not a very crafty person but one of the things I like to do when I am not too busy with my at home jobs is to do needlepoint projects, particularly cross-stitch. I have several finished projects sitting here collecting dusts. My husband said that they are pretty detailed and beautiful that I can sell it and get a decent amount of money. The problem is, I am not good at selling stuff. I always say that I cannot even sell a candy to a child. He said I can always find websites that can help me sell my work, and true enough I found one. The website is called It is like an interactive community for artisans and crafters of all types. They are free for artisans and users who wish to buy, sell and interact. Here are some good reasons why is suitable for crafters: (1)Your products will be all over the world wide web (2) subdomains, custom shops, stats etc are what the sellers get (3) basic sellers can sell up to 10 items at a time with 4 pictures free of fees (4) plants a tree for every new member. So, for crafters out there who are interested, visit for more details.

Top Ten EC Droppers

Hello folks! I'd like to thank those people who dropped their ECs here. I would post your links here when I get the chance. I'm just too busy as I got myself another WAH job and I am still trying to get a hang of it. Once I am used to the sched and everything, I will be back to blogging. Again, thanks for all the EC droppers. Will return the favor soon.

Tactical Knives

We are just two weeks away from Christmas and up to this time; I still cannot think of a nice present that I could give to my husband. He said I do not have to bother. He did not want anything. I checked some of the websites that I love and I have seen some electronic stuff that he might need, but it’s gonna take a big dent on my wallet. So, I decided to look for something that is more affordable and yet he would use all the time. Then I remembered those 5.11 Knives that I saw from and made a decision that I will get him one of those. He can sure use it during emergencies, or when he is working in his garage, and when we go camping. Lucky me, because they are offering free shipping for any purchase of 5.11 knife.

Another Win For Pacquiao!

I just found out that Manny Pacquiao won against Oscar de la Hoya. I could have watched this dream match but I opt not to because these two pugilists are my favorites. So I did not watch it because I'm torn between the two. Anyways, I'm just happy that Manny won and on the other hand, sad for Oscar. :( Will be watching the replay on HBO when they start showing it. Congratulations Pacman!

Holiday Eyeglass Frames Collection

Later today, my friend and I will be going to the big “W” store to have her daughter’s picture taken. My plan while we are there is to go to my eye doctor. I have been planning that for quite sometime but I never get the chance at all. I wanted to have my eyes checked because it has been a while since I had it looked at. Hopefully, I’d remember asking them my prescription because I wanted to buy new eyeglasses. That too, is long overdue.

I mentioned so many times in my previous posts about the $8 prescription eyeglasses from and I intend to get one from them. I really do, because I do not want to pay another $300 for a pair of eyeglasses. Your $300 can buy more than five pairs of eyeglasses from ZenniOptical. I would like to take advantage of their affordable, stylish and fashionable frames that comes in either titanium, aluminum alloy, stainless steel or full, half, rimless. In fact, I just recently browsed their Holiday frames collections and they are awesome! People would think that you paid a fortune for it for the reason that they are gorgeous. Here are some of my favorites in their collection of holiday frames:

Our Thanksgiving

Hi Everyone! How was your Thanksgiving? I had a pretty tiring but wonderful Thanksgiving here. I roasted turkey as usual (cleaned and seasoned it the night before). Then for side dishes, I made some macaroni and cheese, chicken and garlic flavored rice, mashed potatoes, corn, greens (mustard greens my fave), sweet potatoes, we also had sweet rolls and sweet potato pie. My mom-in-law celebrated Thanksgiving with us. She brought the corn bread dressing, more mac n cheese, and her special peach cobbler (yum yum!). I probably gained 20 pounds from eating hahahah! After dinner, we sat down and watched a movie. After the movie, my MIL and hubby helped me put the kitchen in order. Then, hubby decided that it was too late for his mom to drive home so he just convinced my MIL to spend the night. By the way, my hubby’s niece was supposed to have dinner with us on Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, she was not able to make it. She made it on Black Friday however. That’s another story though.

I Did It

I can't remember when I last posted my new addiction here. The game called Ranch Rush. Last Sunday I finally finished the game... (yup I took a break from all my internet stuff):) It was really addicting and challenging but I can't believe that I will be able to finish the entire game that quick...The only thing is, the high score was not saved on the system :( But anyway, here's how my ranch looked like when I finished the game:

This is what I do when I want to relax a bit and take a break from my online stuff

My husband said, I'm like a little kid ehehehe... I don't care :) It is fun. Actually I just started a new ranch. I am sure I can finish it again in one sitting, but of course, I am not gonna do that :) Plus sometimes my computer would freeze on me.. probably telling me to take a break from playing :)

Pregnancy With Style

Women are likely to be more moody when they are pregnant. I know I was when I got pregnant. My husband said that it was a challenge to understand me back then. Obviously, it is an issue of hormonal, emotional, and evidently physical changes. Sometimes I feel like I was so huge, fat, and ugly. I know these ways of thinking is not true. Just because you are pregnant does not mean you are ugly and cannot be sexy and trendy looking. There are many stylish clothes out there than can be bought and will carry out the beauty in you. Just for example these trendy maternity clothes:

I am certain than when a pregnant woman wear these, she would stand out. These gorgeous clothes are from They offer latest trends on maternity clothes (tops, pants, dresses, pajamas and the likes) that come with quality. In addition, you can mix and match these clothes and you can probably wear it even after you deliver the baby. Since the weather is starting to get really, really cold, check out their Fall and Winter season maternity tops. I am sure you will find one that suits your need during the most fantastic days of your life.

Last Monday, I was so pissed with FedEx. Why? Because my husband ordered his gift for kuletz' on November 14th thinking that it would come on time for our little one's birthday on the 19th. Unfortunately it didn't. They came last Monday. But guess what? We still did not get it. I was waiting for it the whole day and just found a note on our door saying that they tried to deliver the package at this time and blah blah blah... Duh!!!! They did not ring the bell again!! Yes! This was the second time in a month that they did it. The first time, I had to write a note asking them to ring the bell. And that's what I did too this time. Why in the world wouldn't you ring the freaking bell. My husband asked me if the doorbell is working. Of course it is working... I even checked it three times... I got my package from USPS that day and sure, they rang the bell. I don't know what is wrong with these FedEx people. Are they in a hurry and don't want to spend a minute to ring the bell and see if somone's gonna come out? When I asked them, they said they knocked... What?? I know our house is not that big but still, you can't hear someone knocking, that is why the doorbell is there geez!

Toys For Special Little One

Mega blocks are one of the few gifts my son had received from his first birthday. He is five years old now and still loves his Mega blocks. So this Christmas, I am thinking of getting him another set from Mega brands. I saw this Tipping Tractor (picture shown below) and I am certain that this is going to be perfect. He has Lightning McQueen and Mater already so getting this tipping tractor set would be a great addition to his collection.

Tipping Tractor

If you would like to see more of Mega Brands toys, you can simply visit them at I am sure you will find something for your special kid/s in your life because I am telling you; they have huge collections of toys from Disney (Cars, Princess) Dora the Explorer, Go Diego Go, Pirates of the Caribbean, even Hanna Montana and High School Musical brands are available. Give Love - Christmas For Payatas

We all know that Christmas is the time of the year wherein we give and share the most. This holiday season; please extend your kindness to the unfortunate ones by donating to Christmas For Payatas project any amount you can. Your generosity will be a part of the project that would provide education to at least 25,000 kids, grant livelihood and skills training to 100,000 families, and they are hoping to provide shelter too. Please read the press release below to learn more about this great cause or visit their website and watch the video for you to see where your generosity will land.

Press Release:

The landfill in Payatas, The Philippines, is notoriously known the world over as Smokey Mountain. For over 35 years, the smoking dump site has grown to become a stark and heart-tugging reminder of the desperate onditions of humanity.

On a daily basis, children pick through newly arrived garbage to
collect material to sell. The earnings made by one child are not enough to even buy food for the day. Hence, entire families are forced to climb the mountain each day, hoping to earn enough to feed everyone. Children as young as four years old are forced to work in this daily struggle for survival.

In response to the plight of these children, is working with Lighthouse Center For Children Foundation to bring a little cheer to the children this Christmas. has kicked off with a cash sponsorship of USD 10,000 to enable the children to celebrate Christmas. FusionExcel International has also pitched in a USD 5,000 in cash sponsorship. The money raised
will help fund the projects already in place, and help fund additional projects aimed at providing better housing, and a means of livelihood for the Payatas community.

It is hoped that by creating better awareness to the plight of these children, more support can be garnered towards their betterment. Together we can bury poverty!

Birthday Photos

Here are some of the birthday photos last Wednesday, Kuletz' birthday. We just invited Ashley actually and went to McDonalds. Then ordered some "pancit" and more from our fave Chinese place, went home and these two tore up the house playing. Last year we celebrated it at Chuckee E. Cheese with a few more kids but those kids moved to the far north side of Chicago already. The birthday boy had a great time nevertheless.

It's Kuletz' Day

I can't believe that it has been 5 years since I gave birth to my little Kuletz... Time really flies even if you are not having fun sometimes ehheheheh It's true... raising a child is not a smooth sailing ride. It's tough, but believe it or not, I would not trade it for anything in this world. :)

Wishing you great things
on your
birthday and everyday!

Love you much!

Kmart's Mr. Bluelight

Yellow smiley face is passé already guys. Make way for Kmart’s Mr. Bluelight! Remember him? Well, he is our new pal this holiday season. Mr. Bluelight would not only give us dazzling ideas in this season of gift giving, but also many items in great values that would save us a lot of money. This is one of the reasons why I have been convincing my husband to shop at Kmart. He is a bit stubborn though. He wants to shop at his fave “W” store thinking that they are still offering layaway program. I told him beforehand that they do not offer it anymore, but he still went to “W” to check if I was right. And I was right!

Anyways, after finding it out for himself, we went to Kmart. I am telling you, Mr. Bluelight is all over the place, which is a good sign, because I know we will be saving a lot. Hubby bought some turtleneck shirts for him and our little one, a couple of Spongebob Squarepants DVDs, some electronic items and a few other knick-knacks. He looked at some stuff (an LCD flatscreen t.v. for one) that he would like to put in Kmart Layaway program but he said, he would do it the next time because the line in the layaway counter is tremendously long. I think many people are realizing that Kmart is currently the only national store that offers layaway. Well, I cannot blame them because during this weak economy, tight budget, and the likes, program like Kmart Layaway is such a huge help.

By the way, here are some of the great holiday values that you can find exclusively at Kmart:

• Celebrations by Radko, a unique assortment of boxed glass ornaments exclusively for Kmart. The new collection by Christopher Radko®, the original manufacturer of handmade glass ornaments and holiday collectibles.
• Jaclyn Smith 100-percent cashmere sweaters
• Range of home electronic systems from Samsung, Sony and Panasonic – all at affordable prices
• Wide variety of the popular Joe Boxer apparel for the family, including fleece, loungewear and sleepwear.

Gas Price

Wow! I was watching the news and I was happy to know that gas prices continuously going down, at least here in Illinois. The average gas price here is $2.23 compared to over 3 dollars in the past months, but there is one suburb here that the gas price is at $1.99, the cheapest so far. As a result, the long line looks like you are in Six Flags :)

All About Cell Phones

Oh no! I think I need a new cell phone. Too bad I just had this cell phone for less than a year. It started having problems when I let my son play games on it. Yeah, Kuletz strikes again! The last time, he submerged my Samsung cell phone in the water pretending that it was a boat. That was my favorite cell phone of all time. Now, all I can do is find good cell phone deals instead of whining about it, I can’t blame anyone this time but me. I should have not let him play with it in the first place. I am hoping that there is going to be a T-Mobile Black Friday sale, so I can buy one.

And just when I said it, I came across a website that is giving away *FREE Sprint Instinct cell phone on Black Friday. Hey, just because it is free doesn’t mean that it is a crappy cell phone. Samsung Instinct by Sprint is one of the newest touchscreen cell phones in the market today. It also features GPS, a 2 megapixel camera, advanced bluetooth technology and you can use it to browse the internet as well. The site that is offering this phone for free is called Come November 28, you will be able to avail of their best Sprint Black Friday deals. This Sprint deals might be for you, as for me, I am going to check their T-Mobile sales. I would surely recommend them to my friend who is looking for a new phone as her Nokia is starting to act up too. Luckily, also offers Verizon Wireless Black Friday sale and has at&t Black Friday deals too. Remember, it is going to be on November 28! Mark it on your calendar now.

Workplace Romance

Back home, when I got my first job, our company does not have any rules about office dating. Actually, that is where I met my first boyfriend. At first, I would say it was uncomfortable working with your boyfriend but we did not hide it. However, we had boundaries (no PDA for me) and we did not mix love and work. For me, work is work and I kept it that way.

I brought that up because I know that most companies here in the United States have office dating rules. I am not saying that dating a colleague is illegal, but I think companies set these rules to protect their employees from potential sexual harassments. Anyway, speaking of office dating, I have bumped into Nicole Williams’ website and there are tons of tips there about dating at the office and even sex at work. Here are some useful tips about office dating: (1) Know Your Company’s Policy on Inter-office Dating (2) Don’t Keep It Secret (3) Be Discreet and Act Professional (4) Be Aware of Sexual Harassment. Simple tips but absolutely useful, isn’t it?

We Are Making Progress Here

I am talking about my son's reading. If you'd remember, I posted here the book that I bought entitled "Teach Your Child To Read In 100 Easy Lessons"...We are only in lesson five but I think we have made so much progress. Before we started, he can write and spell his complete name, can spell at least 10 three-letter words like cat, dog and the likes, but I know he just memorized that and still can't really read. But now, I know he's starting to learn to read and comprehend. I was surprised just moments ago before he went to bed, he was holding his book, flipping pages and he was reading those lessons that we took in the past. He's just actually reading letters, but not as letters but how they sounds. It just means that he's learning the stuff that I was teaching him. For that, I am so happy. I am pretty sure that he'll start to read paragraphs eventually as we move further through our lessons. 95 Lessons to go! :)

They just sent me a card saying that this season, we will get double cash back, plus a $10 bonus. That is a wow! Cash back on everything you buy for this holiday at over 1,000 stores. Sears Lowest Prices For The Season

I have been baking a lot recently and this is how my cake pan looks like. My cookie sheets are just looking the same. Obviously, I need a replacement. I have looked online and seen many bakeware and cookware sale on television, but I am certain that I can get a much better deal if I will just look at the right place and at the right time. Guess what? I have found it! The Appliance Store is having a Cookware and Bakeware Sale! I think this is also the right time for us to get all the things we need in the kitchen because we are definitely going to be doing a lot of cooking as Thanksgiving and Christmas is coming up.

The Appliance Store is also your good source for small kitchen appliances like blenders, mixers, coffee makers, juicers and more. One thing you can look at right now is their $4.99 final price for basic essentials 8-pc roster set after $10 mail-in rebate (LIMITED TIME ONLY 11/5 to 11/8). A roaster alone can cost you between 45.00 to 100.00 dollars, but to get a final price of $4.99 is an unbelievably wonderful deal! Do not pass this one up, this sale will not last that long!

This is one of my favorite photos from the Circus. Their trainer is absolutely amazing. How in the world can you make five elephants do that if you aren't the greatest!? Anyway, these elephants are so cute (not so much of the right word for these humongous "creatures" huh?)

The Greatest Show On Earth

Yesterday, hubby woke me up a bit early and showed me tickets to the Ringling Brothers, & Barnum and Bailey Circus. He's been wanting to take our little kiddo to that show and we finally did it. We went to Rosemont, IL and the show starts at 7:30, we made it a bit early, like 6:30, just enough time to enjoy petting the elephant and trying out clown suits, however our little boy got a little scared and overwhelmed. But as soon as the show started, he was ok and he had a wonderful time! I wasn't able to take pictures of the three of us coz I was busy taking pictures of their colorful productions. We loved the motorcycles, tigers and the elephants acts. I also like the flying trapeze! Our son had a great time, he can't stop clapping and screaming. I think he liked the motorcycles and elephants part the most. I would like to post some pictures but somehow blogger is acting up. I guess I'd do it later :)

Press Release:

Hello my name is Brett Bumeter and I write about Dragon Naturally Speaking at (Tip if you are looking for the details on the coupon codes scroll to the bottom of this article). I wanted to share this video with you showing a fellow blogger named Drew who is using Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 for the first time. There are some interesting things that you will see in this video that I wanted to point out to help you get a sense of how Dragon NaturallySpeaking works and how it could potentially work for you.

I think it's important to see Dragon NaturallySpeaking, when people are using it and videos definitely help show you how well the software works these days. It's extremely fast and can help you to type at 150 words per minute. You can see this in the demonstration that Drew has created as he is basically talking at a relatively normal speed. You will notice that he tends to look with his eyes to the right and up just a little bit.

I mention this not because Drew is looking in some strange direction, but instead because Dragon NaturallySpeaking does use your brain in a slightly different way than what you may be used to. You have to think of the words you will say in your head and then speak it out loud. That's a little different than when you think of a composition and type it out with your fingers or even more different than when you attempt to write with your hands using a pen and paper. All three activities use different sections of our brains.

There used to be a time a decade ago when using Dragon NaturallySpeaking was more difficult because it would take a significant amounts of time to train the software. These days, the software can be trained in as little as seven minutes. The out-of- the-box experience with Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 is flat-out amazing. That said, it will take you a little bit of time to train your brain or compose messages or articles or e-mails by speaking them out loud.

You can type 150 words a minute using Dragon NaturallySpeaking and that's typically 2 to 3 times faster than your average person can type. 2 to 3 times faster can save you a great deal of time and a great deal of money. This can enable you to spend more time with your family or be more productive at work and get more done and possibly a promotion or raise. Possibly the biggest benefit that you can experience is just staying on top of your workload with less effort.

If you consider also that Drew is looking off to the right a little bit as he's composing, I will share with you a hidden benefit of Dragon NaturallySpeaking. When you use Dragon NaturallySpeaking, you are not locked into a position physically, where you have to stare at your computer monitor all of the time. When you don't have the light on your computer screen glaring in your face all the time, you experience a great deal less eye strain. The muscles in your eyes can relax more, as you look around the room and change your focal point. You would be amazed at how much extra energy this will give you as your eyes, and the muscles in your eyes don't get worn out as fast as they would if you sit at a computer and type all day long.

We often associate sore hands and fingers and wrists with typing, but typing also creates very sore eyes and can even lead to migraine headaches. Plus, it basically just makes you tired sitting in front of your computer. Using Dragon NaturallySpeaking, you can save a great deal of time and effort and keep your energy level high, because you're not wearing out your eyes. With a wireless microphone headset like the one I’m using, you can even pace around your desk or exercise on a treadmill or bike machine while you write your emails!

Best regards,
Brett Bumeter

PS I wrote this article with Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 preferred. It took me about five minutes to write the words above, which are proximally 670 in length. That's about 130 words per minute typing, and it only took me another minute or two to edit, which is still approximately 95 words per minute with editing included!
