The Shedd Aquarium

The weather has been pretty good lately (eventhough it has been raining for a day or two). Yesterday hubby decided to take kuletz to Chicago's Shedd Aquarium. It's in the 60s here yesterday, but feels colder coz of the wind, plus the location of the aquarium is by the lake so it gets much colder. Although we're dressed pretty warm, my ears and my cheeks are freezing and so as kulet'z eheehehe The parking lot is pretty far from the main entrance so we have to walk like a mile or two. If its not windy, it's should be a pretty good walk, coz you're walking by the lake (kuletz loved it!) It's his first time going to the Shedd Aquarium. When we got our tickets and got in, all you can hear from the little boy is "mommy, daddy, look fish!!!" and "wow". There's a dolphin show, but to my surprise, he didn't pay much attention to that (although he's clapping every now and then), maybe because we're sitting a bit far. He did get the chance to take a close look at the dolphins after the show but he really wasn't into it. His attention is all into those fishes that's in the little aquariums. He spent a lot of time looking into those. Oh! And he also spent some time lookin at the lizards ehehehehe. I wanted to take a look at the sea creatures from the Philippines but didn't get the chance coz of kuletz.. he wanted to just stare at one aquarium. Anyways, here are some of the photos..

Inside the Oceanarium where the dolphins are "performing"... its kinda dark but if your eyes are good, you can actually see one on that pic. By the way, at the back of that big stone and glass is the freezing Lake Michigan :)
