What's With The Toy?

I don't know what with this toy that kuletz love so much. He has so many toys that you could imagine but at this time this is his favorite. He'd even take it to him when he sleeps. If he don't see it even for a second, he'd start saying "car where are you, where are you car?" over and over again till I help him find it. It looks kinda big on the picture but it is a tiny car (and ugly eheheh)like a matchbox.
