Below is the photo of the coconut macaroons that I baked yesterday. My son loved it so much that after I gave him a little taste of it, he just grabbed one after another. I just stopped him coz he'd lose his appetite for dinner. This is just an easy bake. Will post the recipe later on. It doesn't look good but it sure taste good. :)
